Individual Grief Coaching

One-on-one support to help you understand your grief, find your footing, and adapt to a life that has changed.

Grief doesn’t follow a schedule, but it can benefit from a framework.

How It Works

Sessions are currently offered at an introductory rate of $100 per session, in series of 3, 5, or 10 sessions.

Every series begins the same way: I listen to your story, and together we identify what would be most helpful right now.

There is no set curriculum you are expected to follow. As we meet, I’ll introduce ideas, perspectives, and practical tools that fit your particular experience. We’ll pay attention to what is helping, what still feels difficult, and what you may need next.

At the end of each series, we pause and ask:

Is this still helpful? What would serve you best now?

Some people feel ready to continue on their own. Others choose to keep meeting. Some return months later, around an anniversary, a new transition, or a season when grief feels especially present.

There is no pressure either way. My door stays open.

What This Is—and Isn’t

I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have completed advanced training in Brainspotting. I am not a licensed therapist, however, and Individual Grief Guidance is not psychotherapy or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.

My work draws on my education, professional training, continuing study of grief, and my own lived experience of loss. I help you make sense of what grief is doing, recognize the strengths and resources you already carry, and find a path forward that honors both your loss and your life.

When someone’s needs fall outside the scope of my work or would be better served by licensed clinical care, I will say so honestly and help them consider appropriate support.

Getting Started

You do not need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.

We can begin with your story, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope might become a little clearer or more manageable.
